How does the Stellar Club work?
Stellar Club is a loyalty program available at Moonshot Store for customers who are ordering their Enhancers frequently / in bulk. The Club Members get a 10% discount on all Enhancers and free shipping on orders over $50.00 in exchange for a monthly $49.00 fee.
How do i join the Stellar Club?
Just add the Club Membership to cart and check out as you normally would. Once you join the Moonshot Club, your membership fee will automatically be billed on a monthly basis for as long as you want to remain in the Club and enjoy the benefits.
Can I pause or cancel my Membership?
You can cancel your Membership anytime by logging in to your Moonshot Store account. If you don't have one, click the Edit link in the confirmation email you'll get after purchasing the Membership and with each recurring renewal.
What if my payment fails?
This might occasionally happen. In these rare cases, we’ll try to charge your CC again several times, over the course of the next 30 days. If all payment attempts fail, your Membership will be cancelled. In these 30 days, you'll still retain access to your Member benefits.
